About the Program

Our Alcohol and Drug Education Program is a 6-week course designed to provide a supportive and informative environment for individuals in Jefferson Parish facing their first offense DWI/DUI, Possession of Marijuana, or other drug-related charges. With a focus on reflection, decision-making, and stress management, our weekly sessions aim to guide participants toward restorative growth and long-term resilience.

In addition to the six-week program, some participants may be required to complete a one-time, three-hour Restorative Group Session. This session addresses substance use awareness, accountability, safe decision-making, and moving forward post diversion program. The Restorative Group Session may be required based on your charge, the court's requirements and/or referral guidelines.

Program Schedule & Fees

Alcohol and Drug Education Program (6-Week Program)

• Schedule: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Location: Google Meet

• Cost: $45 per session (6 sessions total)

• Registration Fee: One-time $30 fee

• Total Program Cost: $300

• Payment Options: Participants may pay weekly or in full

• Payment Policy: Payment must be received no later than 24 hours before each session

Restorative Group Session (One-Time Session)

• Schedule: Last Tuesday of each month, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Location: Google Meet

• Cost: $60

• Duration: 3 hours

*Please download the Google Meet app before your first session; if you use a computer you do not need to download anything. A link will be emailed to paid/registered participants 10 minutes before the start of each session.
